TAX CHARGES
Moira Blackburn Samplers will not be responsible for Customs Tax incurred
on kits imported to other countries.
POSTAGE
U.K. postage is currently included in the price of on-line purchases of kits and charts
However, this may be subject to change without prior notice.
Overseas/Worldwide postage is a basic charge of £3. Each additional item adds £1.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
We will refund your payment immediately if you want to cancel your order.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, kits or charts must be returned within
14 days and must be in good condition and unopened.
Our kits contain threads and fabric of the best quality in sufficient quantity.
If you find a fault and wish to return the kit for a replacement, or a refund
including your postage, please do so within 21 days.
PRIVACY
Your information will not be shared by any third party.
Only a record of your order will be kept on file.
At your request we will send you information about future designs.
